Services
We build what clients need.
We keep what we build.
Professional services engagements finance the continuous development of our own products. Every project gets the same engineering standards, the same design thinking, and the same long-term perspective.
Limited engagements per year · Bolivia-based · Global clients · No outsourcing
What We Build
Four disciplines. One standard.
We don't do everything. We do these four things well — and we do each one with the same level of rigor.
Custom software for workflows that matter.
Internal tools, client-facing platforms, workflow automation, and anything in between. We write maintainable code for systems that need to last — not just launch. Case Assistant OS started as a client project.
Typical deliverables
- Working application with full test coverage
- Source code, documentation, and architecture notes
- Deployment and hosting setup
- 90-day post-launch support window
Eliminating repetitive work, systematically.
If a human is doing something a machine could do better — and should do better — we build the machine. From simple schedule automations to complex multi-system integrations that eliminate entire job functions.
Typical deliverables
- Automation architecture and system design
- Integration builds and API connections
- Testing, monitoring, and alerting
- Handoff documentation and runbook
End-to-end product, from strategy to launch.
Strategy, architecture, design, engineering, and launch — handled by one team with one standard. No handoffs between agencies. No translation errors between design and code. No surprises at the end.
Typical deliverables
- Product strategy and technical specification
- Full design system and component library
- Working product with CI/CD pipeline
- Launch plan and post-launch support
Interfaces for professionals under pressure.
We specialize in software used daily by people who cannot afford confusion. Case managers, operations leads, coordinators, paralegals. Clarity is not a nice-to-have in these contexts — it is the entire job. Every decision should reduce cognitive load.
Typical deliverables
- User research, flows, and journey maps
- Component design system and guidelines
- Interactive prototype for stakeholder review
- Developer handoff with annotated specs
Our Process
No surprises. No scope creep.
We are explicit about how we work before we work together. The process is the product.
Understand
Discovery call, brief review, and deep Q&A. We ask the uncomfortable questions before we quote — timeline, scope, edge cases, politics. We'd rather surface a problem now than promise something we can't deliver.
Scope
A clear scope document — fixed deliverables or a defined sprint structure, depending on the engagement. Agreed-upon communication cadence, decision-making protocol, and escalation path. You know what you're buying.
Build
Weekly progress updates. Async-first communication. You see everything as it happens — no big reveal at the end. If something needs to change, we flag it before it becomes a problem, not after.
Deliver
Full handoff with documentation. You own everything we build — source code, design files, deployment configurations, the works. Post-launch support window included. We don't disappear after go-live.
Honest Constraints
We're not the right team for everything.
Knowing when to say no is part of doing good work. These are genuine limits, not marketing.
We don't build without understanding. If you need execution before discovery — a quote before a conversation — we are not the right fit. We won't take a brief at face value without interrogating it first.
We don't do template-based websites. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace — these are valid tools for valid use cases. We don't compete with them, and we're not the right team if that's what you need.
We don't take on more than we can deliver. Our per-year capacity is intentionally limited. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you — and we'll be honest about the wait.
We don't outsource. Everyone who touches your project is SC Web Studio. We will never subcontract your work to a third party without your knowledge and explicit agreement.
